Villa das Luzes is a charming holiday home situated near the beautiful Praia Fonte da Telha beach and located in Portugal's peaceful nature. Situated within the Clube de Campo da Aroeira golf resort, there are all the amenities you need nearby, with restaurants, bars, tennis courts and more, perfect for families or groups of friends!

The villa itself can accommodate twelve guests comfortably, with sociable living areas and six bedrooms, offering all the facilities you need. The furnishings are modern yet relaxed, creating the feel of a home away from home! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, enjoying both private moments alone as well as spending quality time as a group.

On the ground floor, there is a bright living room, with patio doors expanding the room out onto the terrace. There is a stylish kitchen, fully-equipped for your use, whether you are whipping up a delicious evening meal, or putting together a tasty picnic to carry down to the beach! The dining room is separate, ideal for sociable evening meals, with room for everyone to gather around, sharing a few bottles of local wine each evening! A highlight for kids and adults alike is the games room, boasting a pool table for everyone to enjoy – but make sure you keep score!

The bedrooms are spread over both floors of the villa, with a master suite, en-suite single room and a double bedroom on the ground floor. There is a double and a twin room on the top floor, both of which offer en-suite bathrooms.

Stepping out onto the sunny terrace, the private swimming pool takes pride of place, glistening in the sunshine. There are sun loungers, where you can put your feet up and relax, finishing the final pages of your summer book, whilst keeping an eye out on children playing in the garden and pool. In the shade, guests will find a sociable outdoor dining area, with a popular barbecue, making al-fresco meals at breakfast, lunch or dinner a must!

#### Location
Villa das Luzes is located in a popular golf resort, only 3km away from Praia Fonte da Telha, a fantastic beach with a vast stretch of beautiful sand that you can walk for miles on. The beach has a spectacular sea that is perfect for swimming and surfing, enchanting woodland surrounding it and delicious restaurants and bars on the seafront. The sea at Praia Fonte da Telha is also great for water sports including kitesurfing.

Lisbon is 25km away from the villa and is worth visiting for its buzzing nightlife, with the areas of Bairro Alto, Santos, and Santa Apolonia being known for having a lively selection of clubs, pubs and cocktail bars. In Bairro Alto, the narrow cobbled streets are filled with vibrant venues serving tasty dishes and drinks.

Tasca Do Chico is a traditional fado restaurant with live entertainment, and Hot Clube Portugal is a jazz club in the area that has a terrace with fantastic skyline views. The Garden Rooftop is an elegant lounge bar in Santos that has outdoor rooftop seating and excellent cocktails. Also in the area lies late night venue Le Chat where visitors can enjoy fantastic food complemented by stunning views.

Castelo de S. Jorge is an ancient medieval castle containing over 1000 years of history in Lisbon and remains a permanent exhibition that gives insight into the past and the cultural heritage of the city.

The beautiful 11th-century site boasts some of the most captivating views over Lisbon as well as the belvederes, old rooms and enchanting gardens waiting to be discovered at the castle. Visitors can learn about the monument from professional guided tours and enjoy the various music, theatre and dance events put on throughout the year.
