#### Location
This delightful villa is situated in the largest residential and golf complex in Greater Lisbon - Herdade da Aroeira. Just 4km from glorious sandy beaches and twenty minutes from the vibrant capital of Lisbon, Aroeira perfectly combines championship golf courses with the abundance of nature that surrounds it. Located beside the astounding Arriba Fossil Natural Park, the complex is set within its own 350 hectares of majestic pine trees and several stunning lakes. This beautiful oasis even enjoys its own temperate micro-climate.

Within this fenced community you'll find an abundance of leisure activities in additional to the two fantastic 18-hole championship courses, including four tennis courts, a tropical swimming pool, restaurants, bars, a golf shop, a supermarket and even a spa. And for those looking to enjoy the sea, the stunning Costa da Caparica coastline is just a short drive away.

Caparica itself, just 2km away, is a lively and modern resort frequented by Portuguese but relatively unknown to foreign tourists. By day colourful fishing boats are hauled onto the beaches to sell their fresh catch in the local fish market, while as the sun sets these same beaches begin to host lively nightlife. The town offers some fantastic grilled fish restaurants and plenty of bars and shops. The beautiful beach here is often seen as one of the finest in the Lisbon region, and due to its vast size, there is always plenty of space. Conveniently a mini-train can take you along the coast until the perfect spot is found. A plethora of water sports can be enjoyed here including some incredible surfing due to its reliably good waves.

Being just twenty minutes from the enchanting city of Lisbon, you are ideally located to experience one of Europe's most captivating and picturesque capitals. One of the world's greatest natural harbours has attracted many different civilizations over time, which is now mirrored in its beautiful architecture and culture. Hillsides covered in tumbledown houses and a mix of baroque and neoclassical buildings, including fabulous cathedrals and grand palaces, make up Lisbon's awe-inspiring skyline. Enjoy mouth-watering cuisine, including wonderful seafood like bacalhau, and sardinhas and spend evenings sipping port wine on terraces adorned with bougainvillea, along the cobblestones of the historic Alfarma district.
