This outstanding detached 2 storey villa is situated on the 12th tee of the Donald Steel designed golf course overlooking a lake. Just a 5 minute drive to the private Bom Successo beach and 10 minutes to other stunning local beaches.

The villa offers a comfortable and relaxing space for year round holidays. It has 4 bedrooms (2 with en suite) and comfortably sleeps 8 adults. The master bedroom and bedroom four have a kingsize bed and en suite. Bedrooms two and three have a shared bathroom and are set up as twin rooms which can be altered to 2 kingsize beds if required.

All the bedrooms lead out onto a shared balcony which overlooks the private garden and golf course.

Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. The 40 foot living room is equipped with a 60" plasma TV with satellite and a log burner.

The villa has floor to ceiling windows both upstairs and downstairs to take full advantage of the views. Downstairs opens out onto a terraced area which has luxury Indian Ocean garden loungers, a dining table and a BBQ.

Beyond the terrace is a 40 foot infinity pool.

The Bom Successo development offers tennis courts, bicycle rental, and a large children’s play area and kids club. There is also a supermarket, restaurants and a fabulous golf course club house.

In addition to the excellent Bom Successo, there are also 3 other top quality golf courses in the area. Praia del Ray, West Cliffs and Royal Obidos all of which are just a short distance from Bom Successo.
