INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Through the gate and a steep path you reach the villa, approximately 250sqm wide and surrounded by a huge plot of land sloping down to the sea, with Mediterranean scrub. Inside you will find a bright living room with an American kitchen adorned with fragrant juniper wood beams, the dining room has direct access to the covered veranda and the private swimming pool. The house has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms, the spaces are large, comfortable and bright. Harmony with nature characterizes this unique property.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Villa Relais is an exclusive property surrounded by nature, located on a small hill not far from Porto Rotondo, just a five minute drive from the city. Beautiful white sandy beaches, restaurants, night clubs and much more are all enclosed in a few kilometers. The renowned Porto Cervo is about 15 minutes away by car. Marinella beach can be reached by car and is about 5 km away.

We recommend guests to have a car to reach the property; the car is equally essential during your stay to visit the surroundings and move between the various locations.
