Cala Incantata

Cala Incantata is a beautiful, recently fully refurbished villa located in the centre of Vico Equense. It is 115 metres squared and can sleep up to 10 people. It features a private 50 metre squared terrace with a stunning view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning and WIFI internet access.
From Cala Incantata, you will enjoy a wonderful panorama of the sea and the coastline including Mount Vesuvius and Vico Equense’s historic castle. At Cala Incantata, you are 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Vico Equense, where you will find restaurants, shops, bars and pizzerias. Here you will also find the bus station and train station, where you can catch the train to Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento. The beach is only approximately 10-15 minutes’ walk away. It is the perfect location for families or a group of friends looking for a mix of a beach and sight-seeing holiday.
Cala Incantata is accessible through the main gate, where there is a small terrace. Then there are approximately 10 steps which lead to the top terrace with wonderful views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. Descend another 25 steps and you arrive at the first floor. On the right, there is a fully equipped utility room with a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board. On the left, there is the front door to the first apartment. It is 45 metres squared and can sleep up to 4 people. As you enter the apartment, you arrive at the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. On your left, there is a double sofa bed and a table and chairs for four guests. There is also a double door which opens out onto a balcony boasting breath-taking views. On the right, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, 4 hobs, oven, fridge/freezer kettle, toaster, microwave and kitchen utensils. Here you will also find a set of double doors which also open out onto the balcony. Off the lounge/diner, there is a double bedroom with a large double bed, a wardrobe, a window and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with a wonderful large shower, sink, bidet, toilet and heated towel rail. There is also a window. All the rooms in this apartment have an air conditioning/heating unit.
Descend a further 15 steps and here you will find the main terrace which is large and perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the wonderful views. There are an outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. The terrace wraps itself around the second apartment and leads to the garden. Use the BBQ and dine ‘al fresco’ with Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples as your backdrop.
Enter the second apartment from the double doors on the main terrace. It is 70 metres squared and can sleep up to 6 people. Once inside, there is an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The kitchen has a window, sink, 4 hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and kitchen utensils. There is also a dining table which can seat 10 guests. In the open plan lounge, you will also find a double sofa bed. On the left, there is a door to the main bedroom with a large double bed, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, heated towel rail, large shower, bidet and toilet. The bedroom also has double doors for direct access onto the beautiful terrace. To the left of the kitchen, descend two steps and you will find the second bedroom with a large double bed. This bedroom is ensuite and has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and heated towel rail. This bedroom also has double doors which provide direct access onto the terrace. All the rooms in this apartment have an air conditioning/heating unit.
The whole villa is fenced and gated and completely private for your exclusive use. If there are fewer than 10 guests in your group, you can choose to rent either the first apartment (up to 4 people) or the second apartment (up to 6 people) separately. In this case, the outdoor space would not be private and the price would change accordingly.
Due to its central location, you will not need a car to stay at Cala Incantata. However, if you do have one, parking is available on request (extra charges apply).
