Villa Pineta is a refurbished farmhouse with a stunning 15m pool and private grounds. The spacious property has been tastefully decorated in a style that compliments the character of the house. With 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom, this house is the perfect place for a group of friends or family to experience Tuscany at its best.

There is a charging point in the car park suitable for electric cars. Any electricity used for this would be payable to the owner in cash.

Only a 5 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk to the village of Ghivizzano where there are restaurants, bars and shops. The house is perfectly situated for easy access to local amenities as well as having a 'get away from it all' feel.

The house has two floors and sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms which can be made as doubles or twins for 2 of the rooms and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a separate shower room with wash hand basin and toilet on the first floor. The ground floor comprises a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom with wash hand basin and toilet , and sitting room with seating for 6 on comfortable chairs.

The large well-equipped kitchen is decorated with original terracotta tiles. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and a dining/breakfast table with windows that look out on to the beautiful garden.

Through the hallway there is a large dining room with a table that can seat 6 people and wood burning stove which adds atmosphere and character in the colder winter months.

The comfortable living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas and also has a wood burning stove. There is satelite TV, Wi-Fi and games for the guests entertainment.

Villa Pineta is a short distance uphill from the local town of Ghivizzano, north of Lucca. It is perfectly located for sunshine benefiting from all day sun from early morning, just as the original farmer who owned it intended - perfect for growing crops. The property has a small olive grove and maintained gardens. There is a covered carport for 2 cars and a lockable shed for bikes with a floor mounted D-ring to lock bikes to. The shed has electricity and running water.

The pool is regularly maintained and has a shower. There is outside furniture for dining on the patio and in the pool area where there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas with table and chairs.

Please note the owner will ask for a £200 refundable damages deposit.

Villa Pineta, a Tuscan treasure. Such a lovely villa, quiet and secluded in the hills north of Lucca, a gem of a villa with a wonderful pool and surroundings and wonderful vista. The villa is a refurbished farmhouse, with superb tranquil gardens with an uninterrupted view of the countryside. The living accommodation is well equipped, and the bedrooms and bathrooms well appointed. The wonderful pool is a highlight and well maintained, with easy access roman steps, plenty of pool furniture and glorious shade from the fig trees when the sun gets too much. The villas other facilities including the lovely terrace with its comfortable seating, dining area and a barbecue, and a recent covered carport adds to a wonderfully peaceful and enjoyable stay. The owners recommendations for places to enjoy evening meals and drinks are were well justified. The house keeping was well done and efficient but never intrusive. We would happily recommend a visit to Villa Pineta, a true 5 star enjoyable experience, we shall return.
