At night, you will be enchanted by the dozens of glittering lights of Los Cristianos… all from the tranquility of the porch and the private pool. All the rooms in the villa are exterior, a Smart-TV in the living room, Wi-Fi and a covered outside dining area with a barbecue, makes staying at home an excellent idea too! Details such as a Nespresso coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher ... This villa has 3 large double bedrooms with the highest quality bedding, 3 bathrooms (1 of them en-suite), a separate kitchen, a living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and pool on the same level. Access to the house is both pedestrian-friendly directly from the street, and by car from the private garage, for maximum privacy. The house also has a separate laundry room. On the outdoor terrace you can enjoy some relaxing sunbathing on the loungers and cool off in the pool. You can sit on the covered terrace and enjoy incredible sunsets, all year round! In the barbecue area you can relax as a family for breakfast and dinner, enjoying the outdoors so peacefully. Welcome to your holiday home in the Tenerife sun. · Reservations are not allowed for groups of under 25 year olds. · Student parties, bachelor/ette parties and excessive drinking parties are prohibited in this house. Strict times for residents' rest must be respected. Due to the restrictions of the Canarian Government and Covid-19 measures smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house, failure to comply with these regulations will entail a penalty of € 600.
