It offers panoramic views and a private swimming pool, which large families and groups will find perfect. Paleokastrites is a picturesque village of the island of Corfu. The restaurants and supermarkets are at 3 km and 2 km, respectively. You arrive at the Gouvia beach at 4 km, which is lively with many bars and taverns. Surrounded by the garden (nearly 12 acres), the villa has a private road connecting the garage plus other areas. It is centrally air-conditioned to avoid troubling you on hotter days. In a few steps, you have a large private swimming pool and a tennis court. The garden furniture, deck chairs, and parasol come to rescue when you want to organise party games or barbecue evenings. A luxurious gym and a playroom with table tennis and a classic wooden table football are available for recreation. The nearest airport is 10 km away.
