Villa Paraiso is a perfect car optional villa as it is conveniently situated in a prime location of Puerto del Carmen. Only a very short stroll away you will find the main strip Avenida de las Playas where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. There are many different cuisine options to cater for people from all over the world including typical Spanish and international. For beach lovers, there is also a fantastic sandy beach to spend days relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air. The villa itself is set over two floors and has been designed to make use of the beautiful sea views from the first floor balcony. Entering the property on ground level you will find two bedrooms, one double and one twin both with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant night sleep during the balmy evenings and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. For convenience the owners have also provided a small kitchenette with a hob, sink and fridge space to easy access drinks whilst relaxing by the pool. Leading up to the first floor you will find the open plan living area with a comfortable lounge and large flat screen television and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen to allow you to produce all your favourite dishes during your holiday whilst socialising with people relaxing in the lounge. On this level there is another bathroom and a utility room. Each room has been tastefully decorated and offers a light airy interior.
