Description

Part of an ancient Tuscan farm, wine resort, in the heart of Maremma. The swimming pool is in shared use with the owners; it measures 120 sq m (length 20 m, width 6 m). The farm offers a guided tour in the vineyards and in the winery, with tasting of their own wines, a prestigious production of Supertuscan wine. Large outdoor space with chairs and table, barbecue and a small corner with aromatic herbs. The large property (2 hectares) allows guests to practice footing. The owner organizes yoga sessions on request. The location of this accommodation, only 200 m from the freeway, allows guests to easily reach Siena (46 Km), the nice beaches in the Argentario area, the Giglio Island, Castiglione della Pescaia (42 km), Punta Ala (60 km), a renowned tourist marina where you can practice sailing, golf, horse riding etc., and the Uccellina Natural Park (30 Km). The pool is open from 09.30 to 19.30. The original stables were converted into the large living room; the kitchen has direct access to the garden and it‘s well equipped with small and big appliances (immersion blender, kettle, dish washer, oven, vacuum cleaner etc.).
