Wonderful portion of a two- family house with pool just 6 km from the beautiful Luino. It is located 13 km from the small village of Porto Valtravaglia, while the center of Germignaga is 7.6 km away. Ferries leave from Luino for the other towns of Maggiore Lake and the Borromean Islands. For lovers of trekking, from the nearby Germignaga starts an 8 km long cycle path that runs along the river. Along the lake you can dine in the delicious restaurants and taste the local products. The house with a large shared garden offers the possibility of cooking outdoors and has a corner with a pool bar and games for children (both indoors and outdoors). On the second floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Your pet is welcome, even if the owners have two dogs! Possibility to rent on site upon payment: Wi-Fi modem, high chair and baby bed.
