In contrast, the fourth Buddha-inspired bedroom, with en-suite bath, has an entire floor and immense cabinet wall unit to itself. Occupants will be undisturbed here, even when work requires the laptop to be flipped open from time to time. This resort town with the honey-sweet name also has an athletic side: Canyamel's spectacular 18-hole golf course beside the sea. A marked hiking path leads to the 150 m high Cap Vermell with its cave labyrinth underneath and Torre Nova on top. As a reward for climbing to the pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador, you can enjoy the magnificent view on the one hand, and the sweet prospect of a coffee break in the streets of Artà on the other. Starting from Playa de Canyamel, walkers can set out to discover the surrounding forest. In the summer a small rental shgop will give you the opportunity to venture in, under and onto the water.
