This villa is located in a quiet residential area in Polop and is perfect for a successful family and / or friends holiday with plenty of privacy and a beautiful view towards the mountains.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA MILAN
The outside terrace is equipped with two large sunshades, a 6-seater dining table and 6 comfortable sunbeds. The sunny terrace by the swimming pool (3x10meter) with lovely outdoor shower has a beautiful covered lounge area and the luxurious barbecue ensures that you can cook outside.
In the evening with the many atmospheric lights on the mountains, it is great from your large roof terrace with lounge set for 6 people to enjoy your day with a delicious glass of Spanish wine.
Because of the ideal location of this villa and the large terrace, you will have plenty of sun in the summer and winter months. The possibility of heating the pool (25 euros per day) makes this a villa that is suitable for every month of the year. The property is completely closed by a gate and offers space for two cars.
