Charming stone house with a garden, in a quiet location, not far from the beach

This little holiday house is just a few minutes’ drive from the sea and is surrounded by greenery. Thee are just a few other houses nearby.

It is a restored “stazzo”, which is what the simple stone houses in Sardinia are called, built as a farmhouse or as a simple shelter. It is a semi-detached house with two floors. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor consists of an open wooden gallery with up to four beds: a wrought-iron double bed, a single bed and a cot for a toddler. There are also solid wood wardrobes. The interior is rustic, as well as comfortable. The beds have standard measurements. There is air conditioning, heating, a TV and a washing machine. There is no Internet connection.

The house has a garden with a brick-built grill. You can dine outdoors in the furnished wooden gazebo. This outdoor area is shared with guests at a neighbouring apartment.

The nearest beach – Cala Sarraina – is only about a five-minute drive away. It is about 5km to a grocery shop and there are restaurants and cafés within a kilometre.
