The villa extends over two levels: on the first floor, as well as the living area, there are two bedrooms, one double and one single. The bathroom is with shower. The sophisticated and elegant furniture represents a harmonious blend of style and functionality. A comfortable and elegant wooden staircase leads to a study room with balcony and it is called by owners “thinking room”.
On the ground floor there are four double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a fourth bathroom.
Otherwise, the villa has an area reserved for the body care, in fact, the gym is equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment to improve the health and well-being of people. On the ground floor there is an additional living area with built-in kitchen, dining area and conversation area with fireplace and reading corner. Adjacent to the living room, a relaxation area features a pool table with pocket openings and accessories.
The garden completes this wonderful frame and it is furnished with tables, chairs, sofas, barbecue and a magnificent swimming-pool, located in the hilly area overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Egadi Islands come off the sparkling waters as pearls shining for salt effect.
A tennis court is set in the grounds of the property, strongly desired by the owner who practices this sport. It has lighting that permit play into the evening and there are outdoor showers and a bathroom at guests’ disposal.
