Close to historical, artistic and landscape attractions in Umbria as well as, in Tuscany: Trasimeno Lake (15km), Perugia (15km), Assisi (36km); Montepulciano (36km), Chianciano Terme (53km), Arezzo (85km), Siena (100km). Water sports on Lake Trasimeno must not be missed. Many opportunities to cycle, walk around accompanied with countless food and wine tours are available. Umbria Jazz in July and Eurochocolate in October in the splendid Perugia awaits you. The ground floor is particularly cool as the house is protected by original stones. Going up the stairs, you can reach the sleeping area, where you can access fenced terrace and a pool which offers an enchanting view.
