Description

This holiday home, having 8 large bedrooms, high-speed internet and large terrace is is located on the Dos di Pur, at about 200 meters above Lake Ledro. It offers a comfortable stay for 20 people and 2 pets, which are allowed on request. The lake, the center of Pur and the beaches are about 2 km and can be walked via the normal paved roads. For wild berries, jams, fruit syrups, and cosmetics, you may visit Azienda Agricola Bosc del Meneghi at 4.5 km. The house has a large garden which is partly lawned and partly paved. In the lawn area, there is parking space also. The paved area has a large terrace with table, barbecue, and sun loungers. The house also has space for parking the mountain bikes. The house consists of a total of 4 apartments: 2 on the ground floor (elevated) and two on the 1st floor (with balcony). All 4 apartments are rented together. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and opens into the living room/dining room.

• Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted

• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
