VILLA LA SELVA is a beautiful and cosy house for eight people, facing both the sun and the sea. Villa La Selva is around 200 square meters in size and includes a private terrace with a view of the sea and the coast, air conditioning in each bedroom, barbecue, parking and Wi-Fi. From Villa La Selva, you can enjoy a charming view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.


Located in the hills between Sorrento and Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, La Selva is a wonderful villa for eight people with private terraces and a sea view.

Villa La Selva is part of a residential complex of 15 villas, and offers maximum peace and privacy. There is a Sita bus stop about 100 m from the villa, and 200 m away you can find a restaurant and a bar. The closest supermarket is just 2 km away, and the closest beach is about 4 km from the villa.

Sorrento, at only 4 km from Villa La Selva, is the ideal starting point for any excursion around the Sorrento and Almalfi coast. From Sorrento, it is possible to take the ferry or the hydrofoil to the islands of Capri and Ischia, or you can take the “Circumvesuviana” train to visit historic Pompeii and Herculaneum.

You will not need a car to get to Villa La Selva, but if you do arrive by car there is free parking for one vehicle inside the gates. From here, there are just 10 steps to climb to reach Villa La Selva.

THE FIRST TERRACE is equipped with a masonry barbecue, tables, chairs and sunshades. There is access from both the kitchen and the living room, and from the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.

THE SECOND ROOF TERRACE is equipped with chairs and a table. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. The second terrace is reached from the first terrace via an outside staircase.

GROUND FLOOR

THE LIVING ROOM is simple and comfortable, with a large window from which you can admire a beautiful view of the sea. Here you will find two sofas, a television, chairs, a dining table for eight people, and a fan. From here, you can access the first terrace.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with four gas hobs, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a table with four chairs, a coffee machine and other small kitchen appliances. The kitchen is reached from the living room.

THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM has one double bed and a fan. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet, shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The bedroom is accessed from the living room.

FIRST FLOOR

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed, a bunk bed and air conditioning. From the bedroom, there is access to a private balcony with a beautiful sea view. Access to the bedroom is via a corridor.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed and air conditioning. You reach the bedroom from the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is fitted with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer, and is reached from the corridor.

- Because of its location, Villa La Selva is ideal for people who are looking for privacy and tranquillity but at the same time want to stay close to the centre of Sorrento.


Important things to know:
- Heating not included. If requested - 12 Euro per day
- Tourist tax 3,00 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60,00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
- Security deposit: 200,00€. The security deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
