Description
The building which dates back to 1600 is located in the center of the pretty village of Monterubbiano, where time seems to have stopped. This part of the building consists of two communicating apartments that can accommodate up to 10 people. In the village, it is possible to spend a stay like a real local and at the same time experience the sea and the beautiful surrounding villages. In the building where there are also tenants who live permanently, there is an informal and familiar air. The washing machine, the barbecue, the sparkling and still water dispenser are in communion with the other guests. At the Pedaso beach, two umbrellas are available for guests. On request, we can report the organic farms, craft activities, and outlets that characterize our territory. Baby sitter and room cleaning service is available upon request and for a fee; it is possible to rent bicycles and participate in guided excursions on foot or by mountain bike.
