A real home away from home in a quiet, residential area of sitges yet still within easy walking distance to the beach and the town. Enjoy the comfort and tranquillity of this family house with private pool. Access to the Villa will be via steps.
The ground floor consists of a comfortable living area with large corner sofa, diningtable and chairs. This are has air conditioning. French windows open out on to a lovely terrace area with table and chairs for outside dining.
The garden area may not be suitable for very young children as the swimming pool is not fenced in. There are sunbeds for relaxing and reading on the lawn are next to the pool. Size of pool is 2.5m x 5.5m.
Also on the ground floor there is the kitchen and utility area and a wc. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large American style fridge/freezer in the utility area.
Going up to the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The air conditioned master bedroom at the front of the house has twin beds which can be made into a double (see photo) and doors leading out on to the balcony with lovely views. It has a full en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, wc and bidet.
The second bedroom had a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is an air conditioning unit outside these two bedrooms. The family bathroom has a bath, shower over the bath, wc and sink
This property is located in the lower part of lavantina, one of the most exclusive areas of sitges. It is at the bottom of the hill so the marina beach and harbour area, with its numerous restaurants and bars are within 10 mins walk and the town is around 15-20 minutes. There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby and the town bus stops at the bottom of the road every 20 minutes or so.
We would recommend this house to families or 2 or 3 couples who are looking for a tranquil setting for their holiday in sitges but don’t want to always have to use a car or taxi to go back and forward into town or to the beach.
