Villa Soave is a splendid and luminous two-story villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Soave you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Soave is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Morra, where you will find a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants and shops at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles). You will reach Villa Soave from the parking area along a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden.
To stay at Villa Soave you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

In order to reach Villa Soave you have to drive along a private country road, starting from the main street, for about three kilometers.


During your way you will enjoy the wonderful landscape of the countryside around you, with high and elegant cypresses setting off the striking lovely natural setting.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the Umbrian countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch made of stone and by tall olive trees and platans. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Umbrian countryside.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two long sofas and three armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace made of stone. In this room you will find a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the swimming pool through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the garden and of the hills.
Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the hills through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small terrace at the back of the house.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden with a view of surrounding countryside through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
