In a location that is close to everything you will need for a Menorcan getaway, Fornells, a charming fishermans villa is a 7 minute drive away and there are stunning beaches on the way there including Son Parcs and Arenal d`en Castell, which is 9 minutes away. The house is also ideally situated for golf lovers as you can cycle to the Son Parcs course that is a 4 minute drive away and you can be in the centre of trendy Mahón in 15 minutes away and at the airport in 20. Set in its own grounds,  the house has been lovingly restored and has 3 large bedrooms, a large open plan sitting/dining room complete with large working fireplace for the cooler evenings, a large swimming pool area and terrace with a table for dining. It is all set on one level and every bedroom has large windows and views to either the front garden or swimming pool. From its hilltop setting you are able to see unspoilt countryside. Casa Fornells is the perfect retreat for families wanting to escape chaotic lives and relax in a truly peaceful setting.  Access to the house is off a main road and up a small hill. Large steps lead up to the house and front garden. There is a covered terrace with an outdoor table seating 6 people. Entrance to the house is through glass double doors into the large sitting/dining room. There is a large fireplace to the left, a seating area in the middle and a dining table seating 6 on your right hand side. There is a corridor off to your left hand side leading to all of the bedrooms. The first bedroom on your right hand side has a double bed (137cm x 190cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The first bedroom to your left has two twin beds (90cm x 190cm) and large windows out on to the garden. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall has a large double bed (150cm x 190cm) and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This also has windows overlooking the garden. On the other side of the house there is an eat in, fully equipped kitchen with doors out onto the terrace. There you will find seating and a large swimming pool.
