The villa is located within a fenced plot of 4000 m2, at the foot of a mountain with unobstructed views of Puerto de Andratx. Without a doubt, the 12 x 5m saltwater pool is the highlight of the well-kept garden, the water depth is 1.4 - 2.7m. Start the day in a sporty way, then rest on one of the 10 sun loungers and enjoy the view. There are large lawns and natural garden for playing with the kids. A practical garden shower for quick cooling and comfortable sitting areas on the veranda ensure that you can spend the whole day outdoors. If you find a chef among the guests, you can prepare a delicious barbecue for the whole family. In this impressive villa you will enjoy privacy and tranquillity, within a spectacular setting.

From the veranda you enter the living - dining area with kitchen. The whole room has several levels and features high-quality furniture, tastefully put together to form a living space for laughing and being together. You will feel right at home from the first moment. In the living area comfortable sofas invite you to linger, satellite TV, fireplace, DVD player and game console promise fun for the whole family. The dining area can seat 8 people. A 2nd dining area, in the modern kitchen, is furnished for 12 people, there is an access to the veranda. The kitchen itself leaves nothing to be desired, equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. and all necessary utensils, cooking together is a pleasure. In the laundry room are the washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. A small lounge with sofa, cushions and TV (Spanish channels only) offers a retreat for reading or relaxing. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed. Two shower rooms and a guest toilet complete this floor.

The stairs lead to the first floor with 5 bedrooms. 3 of the rooms have 1 double bed (each), 2 are furnished with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and access to a terrace or balcony. A double bedroom has a shower room "en suite", 2 more bathrooms with shower or bath tub sirve the whole floor. On request, a cot and high chair can be provided. The villa is fully air conditioned and can be heated in the winter with central heating.

Puerto de Andratx is a luxurious corner in the southeast of Mallorca, famous for its gourmet restaurants, upscale shops and trendy bars. It is surrounded by mountains, forests, hiking and biking trails that cross the Sierra de Tramuntana. All around there are many beautiful bays such as Camp de Mar, Sant Elm or Cala Fornells. Supermarkets, a petrol station and Mallorcan restaurants await you in the town of Andratx. Camp de Mar Golf Course is 5 km away and Katmandu Amusement Park is 19 km away. The capital Palma de Mallorca, famous for the cathedral "La Seu", the "Bellver Castle" and the picturesque old town, is about 35 minutes away by car.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
