Description

One of the oldest houses of Seccheto expanded over the years so as to be comfortable and modern, but which retains its ancient flavor, with the grape pergola supported by the "spars" (formerly the local inhabitants used the rails of the abandoned lines who had transported the granite from the sea quarries where it was loaded onto the ships), resting on granite pillars.
Halfway up the hill, from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea, on the edge of the town and immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by a rustic garden with flowers and fruit trees, the house offers two spacious terraces equipped with a granite table more 12 seats, enameled iron chairs, and deck chairs.
The house consists of two completely independent apartments, one on the other, with two large terraces that are very private. The eastern part is usually used by the property as a holiday home but occasionally it could be rented for a large company.
It is easily accessible by car from Via Vallebuia (from Via della Greppa there is only a pedestrian walkway) and there is ample parking in front of the entrance gate, at number 382F.
The bathrooms are absolutely new, in the largest there is a washing machine, a hairdryer ..., and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher as well as a 5-burner hob, electric oven and microwave. Outside, in the garden, there is a shower with hot water and a barbecue.
There is no air conditioning but ceiling or standing fans. For the cold season there are heaters powered by the underground gas donut in the garden. The dehumidifier can also be used, sometimes more valuable than heaters.
The apartment is structured in such a way as to have a central core with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (one double with a baby bed and one with three beds, one of which a square and a half), bathroom and patio; while the third bedroom is independent with its bathroom, and gives on the same terrace. This thing is very appreciated by families with grandparents or friends below, because, although they live together, they enjoy a certain privacy. In this third bedroom it is also possible to arrange a folding cot for a small child.
