Attention to detail is at the heart of all that we do. Our aim is to provide a peaceful stay set within the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, where our guests can come to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of an Adult Only site with on-site fishing.

Our Kingfisher Holiday Home provides comfort and spacious living, perfect for a romantic getaway or relaxing break. With modern fixtures and fittings, full size kitchen and dining area, and crockery, cutlery and glassware provided, our lodges are perfect for a self-catering holiday. With two double bedrooms hosting king size beds, each with TV/DVD, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, our holiday home is perfect for up to four guests. And with 4 sets of French doors leading to the decking area, it is easy to find the personal hot tub nestled under bespoke pergola, with outdoor lighting for night-time use.

Our On-site restaurant is on hand to welcome you for a truly exceptional dining experience, using locally sourced produce to create wonderful meals. Having re-launched our daytime and steak house menu, we have plenty of new dishes (as well as some old favourites) for you to try. And if you would prefer to dine in the privacy of your own holiday home, our food delivery service is just for you. A call to the restaurant will have any meal delivered to your door for you to enjoy a private dining experience in your own comfortable setting. Open daily from 7am, you will find our menus cater for all palates and dietary requirements.

And for the anglers hoping to relax on the bank of a meticulously maintained fishing lake, look no further. We have 3 fantastically stocked fishing lakes, with features and fish to suit all abilities and tastes. Foundry pool and Heron Pool are our day ticket lakes and boast carp up to 13lb and 30lb respectively, in addition to a large stock of mixed silver fish, whereas Arthurs pool is for the Carp angler chasing the big one. With Carp up to 52lb, Arthurs is very popular, and a 24-hour session must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
