This charming little house consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single and the other with one double. The lounge-diner and kitchen are fully equipped with all that you may need during your stay. There is one bathroom.

In the exterior area you will find a fenced, private swimming pool, and a furnished porch where you can enjoy the pleasant summer breeze.

LOCATION

This is a great location, just a few minutes by car from the beaches and coves of Roche, and less than five minutes from the town of El Colorado. Conil town centre is under 15 minutes away by car.
Holiday homes in Conil de la Frontera are very in demand in peak season, as well as at other times of the year.
Between May and October the town´s population swells and there is a lively buzz on the streets, and year round you can enjoy the pleasant climate that favours the Costa de la Luz.

There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
