The propriety is located a few kilometres from Porto Cervo, inside the complex of Marina di Cala Granu, with a breathtaking view on the see and on the beach of Cala Granu as well.

On request, it is possible to rent also the chalet on the lower level of the same propriety, for a total number of 10/12 guests.
