This historic property is located in Mainarde surrounded by the wonderful landscape of Lago di Castel San Vincenzo.Its spread over different levels and offer various living and dining rooms. Some of the rooms still have the natural stone walls fully visible whilst other areas of the property have a castle-like atmosphere with high ceiling and antique furniture.The property has four generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to 6 guests in total. On the property is also a beautiful terrace ideal for outdoor dining and admiring the fabulous vies all day long. In the garden is also a beautiful pool available to guests during the summer months.Only a few spteps away from the property you’ll find a selection of convenience shops; supermarket, bar, post office and pharmacy. Take a walk through the old town to visit the parish church of Santa Maria delle Monache as well as the visitor centre of Oscar Caporasco, or visit the archaeological museum. At the nearby lake there are dining facilities and various other activities such as fishing, horse-back riding tours or pedalo rental. Other places of interest include the abbey of San Vincenzo al Volturno, one of the historical Benedictine monasteries of Medieval Ages is just a few kilometres from here. You can also take trips on foot or by bicycles to the reserves of the national park of Abruzzo Molise and Lazio located nearby.
