One of the most distinctive design features here is the attractively traditional set of three arched and shutters doors leading out to the main terrace. The nearby historic town of Oliva (which has been long been a favourite of Brits looking to relocate to a wonderfully unspoilt part of Spain) has many bars, speciality restaurants, shops and a very popular Friday market. Oliva is best known for its pristine seven kilometres of blue flag beaches and sand dunes with an abundance of flora and fauna, as well as its proximity to the Oliva Nova Golf Resort offering 18 holes of golfing paradise designed by Seve Ballesteros. There are also a variety of water sports as well as equestrian facilities nearby. Beyond Oliva if you fancy venturing further afield you have both Denia and Gandia that are both easily accessible. We think you’ll find Casa Verde to be a unique, peaceful, retreat in an amazingly unspoilt location.
