Description

Set in the stunning countryside of Benissa, this delightful villa maximises its rural location with a vast garden overlooking the delightful local scenery.
As you approach among the trees of the luscious landscape and enjoy a glimpse of the rural Spanish life, pulling into the large parking area with space for up to four cars you can admire the exotic garden, filled with life and colour, which will welcome you to the Finca each day. A large veranda extends from this side of the property, inviting you to enter the house via the cosy seating area, shaded from the beaming sun. This entrance space also contains a small outdoor dining table to enjoy an al fresco meal, once again surrounded by thriving green plants.

A more formal dining area sits on the opposite side of the property, in the second, covered terrace area, separated from the fabulous garden by a row of delightful glass archways. The kitchen, flooded with light from the large sets of windows, sits alongside this open plan dining area and enjoys a fine set of wooden cabinets and a small breakfast table, with a second TV. Also on this ground floor is the main living area, with a further round dining table and an expanse of sofas and chairs in front of the fire and television in which you can relax and unwind on the cooler evenings. Each of these areas is tastefully completed with traditional wooden furniture and paintings.

But nowhere in the house is more traditional than the elaborate staircase to the first floor! Lined with beautiful painted tiles, the staircase rises perfectly along one side of the entrance hall to reveal the wonders of the next floor. Here lie three of the four bedrooms of the villa, equally equipped with a tasteful combination of typical furniture, decorations and fabulous ornamental lights! There is also one family bathroom on each floor, with gorgeous tiled walls and baths.

And finally, the large garden offers a space in which to enjoy the peace and fine Spanish weather, with a healthy lawn, variety of trees and even a barbeque. The huge private pool is lined with plants, surrounded by sun loungers and stands exposed in the garden, warming in the hot sun.

And to add to all of this – despite the beautiful rural location, you're within walking distance of all the nearest shops, cafes and restaurants!

#### Location
While this lovely villa enjoys a perfectly rural location, it remains within walking distance of all necessary amenities, making it as practical as it is peaceful!
Enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, this quaint spot on the Costa Blanca truly provides something for every taste! From water-sports, horse riding, cycling, tennis and go-carting to golf, boat trips and so much more!
The nearest coastal town of Moraira is just 20 minutes away, with traditional Spanish charm oozing through its cobbled streets and market squares. Once a small fishing village, this peaceful town has grown steadily into a holiday-maker's paradise, with a beautiful marina and an exotic array of bars and restaurants allowing you to try the local cuisine (it's more than just paella!), explore historic landmarks and indulge in a sangria or two in the evening.
Infamous beaches, such as the Playa de L'ampolla with its pedalos and parasols, and Playa del Portet, ideal for children with its abundant shallow waters, are located within the town itself, and with the average winter temperature in Moraira at 18.1° C, you might find yourself sunbathing even in December!
So whether you fancy taking an evening stroll through palm-tree promenades or practising your Flamenco at a lively fiesta, expect to find all your needs met in this flourishing coastal community!
Equally placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia, accessing the Finca is incredibly easy.
