Villa Saktouris is managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Overlooking the Libyan sea in southern Crete, the newly built Villa Saktouris offers a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families with children!
The 65 sq. m two-storey villa is stylishly furnished throughout both indoor and outdoor areas to ensure a comfortable stay. It can accommodate up to 4 people in beds and up to 5 people each if it is necessary.
Indoor Layout :
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 49 HDTV smart TV, a Playstation 3, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to the relaxing outdoor area which features swimming pool and dining area. The ground floor also hosts a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Reaching the first floor through a staircase there is a main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. The main bedroom also has access to a balcony with sitting area which offers exceptional sea view. Both bedrooms have air-condition, a 32” HDTV and a closet.
