As with its sister villa situated west of Ses Salines, this property also demands the highest of standards - already evident in its outdoor area. A fence surrounds the spacious pool with the shimmering dolphin on its floor, meaning you can thoroughly relax if you are on holiday with children. For the little ones, there is the magnetic attraction of the swing on the lawn surrounding the pool and terrace. The luxury of a garden house has an almost imposing appearance, where you can not only prepare fresh delicacies on the stately BBQ, but where there is also a well-appointed outdoor bathroom. Beside it, a large pine tree with a sturdy stone table shaded under its branches, invites you to stay a while, the warm breeze rushing through the greenery and the nearby sea making its presence felt. Right next to the water, there are plenty of sun loungers, perfect for prolonged sunbathing thanks to the relaxed atmosphere created by the straw parasols. The veranda runs in an L-shape around the property, and you will be spoiled for choice between various seating areas - including comfortable wicker furniture. Another quaint feature is the well, still standing as a reminder of how important water always was for villas that were originally used for agricultural purposes.

Once inside the villa, you are immediately struck by the many light colour tones, which have a mood-enhancing effect on any visitor In front of a crackling fireplace, relax on cosy, white leather sofas with a good view of the modern flat screen television - perfect conditions for an entertaining evening after a lovely meal together. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities for modern homemaking, including a microwave for any delicious left-overs the next day! You can also prepare some fresh juice to awaken your spirits - these should be on good form already, as even large groups on holiday here find plenty of space in this villa, to not get in each other's way and still enjoy some privacy. There is a total of five double rooms, one of which together with a bathroom is on the ground level. On the top floor, two bedrooms share a bathroom; the remaining two bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. These are furnished with extremely comfortable double beds - with one exception: two single beds in one room. The rooms are uncluttered, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. And if you cannot get to sleep immediately, then you could always step outside again on to the top floor balcony overlooking the glistening blue water in the pool, and take a breath of fresh air while watching the stars twinkle in the sky. It is also nice that one of the bathrooms also has a bathtub.

The location of the villa "S'Hort den Felip" makes it very easy to make excursions to the interior of the island with its many original villages and markets or to the various splendid beaches along the south and west coast. The location of the villa is ideal for trying out the island's various water sports options. The town of Ses Salines, 5 km away, owes its name to the salines - salt ponds, that can be visited in a conservation area and which also represent a fantastic starting point for hiking tours. The lighthouse at Cap des Ses Salines will provide you with your bearings. Or you can visit the holiday town of Colonia de Sant Jordi with its yacht harbour, just 11 km away. The promenade and many small sandy beaches are tempting places to stroll around and enjoy. You can certainly do this at your villa as the road is far enough away that traffic noise is only heard if the wind is in a certain direction. Greatest conditions for a relaxing time!
