Lucas Village House is a delightfully sweet, traditional and welcoming, totally renovated villa with private pool perfectly located within the village of Melidoni, in the area of Bali, offering sophisticated interiors. Close to local small shops, bakery and taverna, this property is the ideal choice for those who don't want to rely constantly on a car, yet the amazing beaches of Panormos and Bali are just a 10 minutes' drive away. Inside, the villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 self-contained units (connected by an external passage, not internally) rented as a whole, unique villa for 8/10 guests to benefit from common space and exclusive use of the pool, while having privacy when required. The main unit has 2 large bedrooms, family shower, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area and lounge with extra beds for 2 guests. The smaller unit has a double bedroom, bathroom and its own kitchenette as well as a further double bedroom with independent access. Pool towels included. Outside the truly unique bonus of a newly added swimming pool, surrounded by gardens with lawn, sunbathing terraces and lemon trees.
