The accommodation
The villa is organized on two levels. From a garden with parking space, you enter the living area, consisting of entrance, large living room, kitchen complete with all appliances and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, large bathroom with tub and shower. Each room is equipped with comfortable wardrobes. The sleeping area is also accessible by an external staircase and has a balcony facing the sea to enjoy a wonderful panorama. On the sea side, the villa has a usable space for outdoor dining and a delightful garden, fully furnished with an outdoor lounge, and a Solarium area equipped with sunbeds, armchairs and umbrella and the comforts (cold / hot shower) for a tan in total privacy. From the garden gate, you can then directly access the beach, with a sidewalk and a mega cycle path, very popular with fitness lovers. There is also a large pedestrian area where only buses pass to and from the center of Cagliari.

Guest Access
The villa is fully accessible to guests and only a small space is reserved for linen and service closets.

Discretion is our password. Depending on the guests' wishes, we want to offer all our hospitality, in terms of advice, suggestions and solution of problems that will make the most of your stay.
In addition to various proposals that customers will find on their arrival and that will help them organize their holiday, through our organization they can also count:
- convenient our transfer from and to the airport of Elmas, Maritime and / or Railway Station (by reservation within 1 week before arrival and departure);
- tastings of gastronomic specialties and local wines (with lunches / dinners organized at the villa)
- guided excursions, etc.

The district
What makes 49Starfish Holiday Home unique is the position facing the sea and the proximity of the Molentargius Saline Nature Oasis, where colonies of flamingos and other birds nest and stay all year round.
The Oasis can be visited on foot or by renting a bicycle by calling the bicincittà toll-free number (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
Also on the waterfront in front of the villa, there is a cycle path and a pedestrian fitness area that runs along the entire promenade. You can decide to go for a walk, a run or a trip by renting bicycles.
For the beach service in front of the villa you will find several small establishments, all of which provide the rental of umbrellas, sun beds and / or deck chairs. From this year the bar areas on the beach called "Kiosks" have been renewed and one of which is right in front of the villa. So you can decide to eat on the beach to enjoy a whole sunny day.
For young people, the "Kiosks" represent the meeting point in the summer for evenings by the sea in the company of music, the sea breeze and many opportunities for fun.
In the garden adjacent to the house you will also find a green area for the little ones. A playground equipped and shaded by trees and palms.
Further on, however, you will find a real small Luna Park in Viale Poetto, source of the Lido factory, for the evenings of the little ones, but also of the little ones.
