The superb location set right next to sandy Agios Ioannis Beach was the inspiration for the name of the villa. This charming house has all the amenities to make a beach lover's holiday complete. The swimming pool and terrace are bordered by hedges and surrounded by lawns with a barbecue ready for al fresco dining. Inside, the classic décor gives a comfortable welcoming ambience with the living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor opening onto the lawns. Upstairs, the double and twin bedrooms each have a balcony that boast stunning sea views of Agios Ioannis beach directly in front, an invitation to sit and enjoy the vistas whilst sipping a morning coffee. Agios Ioannis beach is a long stretch of mainly sandy beach with a beach road running along it and some restaurants, beach bars and cafes dotted here and there, so traditional tavernas are within a few minutes walk, great for those who want a rest from driving . Further on is the famous Milos beach, with the abandoned windmills set on a hill overlooking the kite surfers and windsurfers attracted by the breezes that blow across the coastlines. Lefkas Town is a 10 minute drive with a wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants and the pretty harbour always full of all types of ships and boats. A great place for people watching, the narrow streets are a delight to wander round and the bustle of the main squares quite a contrast to peaceful Agios Ioannis.
