Lighty Cottage is part of a 40 acre estate in leafy Mid Devon, offers bright and welcoming, accommodation. One of a row of three, Lighty Cottage has been well converted and benefits from all of the estate facilities. Sleeping two people in one double bedroom, with a shower room.
The living area is open plan with a smart sitting area, dining area for two off which is a neat kitchen. Outside is a private patio with table and chairs, as well as off-road parking. With many excellent facilities Lighty Cottage is a peaceful spot in a superb countryside location.


Amenities: Biomass central heating. Electric oven and twin burner gas hob, fridge, microwave. TV with Freeview & Blu Ray, WiFi available in clubhouse, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Off road parking. Patio with furniture. Shared use of laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers (coin operated), fishing lake, games room and children's play area. One well-behaved pet welcome, £25 per week. Fishing £25 per person per week (16 & over). Sorry no smoking. Shop and restaurant on-site.
Note: There are a number of lakes at this property, children should be supervised. Note: Electric mobility scooter available to hire. Wheelchair friendly access to three lakes plus an accessible children’s play area. Please note that the roads and paths on site are gravelled
