This Holiday hone is located in Aquavena, a small hamlet in the south of the Cilento region, an ideal location to explore this beautiful region of Italy. The house is spread over 3 different levels: ground-floor, first floor and second floor, and offers two annexes, one near the pool and the other by the entrance of the property. Guests have a total 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms at their disposal. All of the bedrooms have been decorated with care whilst the bathroom have been nicely renovated ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. The property has central heating and a fireplace and is therefore ideal regardless of your time of travel, please also note the rooms in the annexes have air-conditioning. The beautiful outdoor area features an extensive garden and lawn, a 60 m2 swimming pool and a terrace with barbecue. Needless to say there is plenty of space to relax, entertain and enjoy beautiful meals after a day at the beach or in the countryside. A total of three parking spots are available on the grounds of the property. .The holiday home is in the enchanting Cilento area, in the Campania region, in southern Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Diano valley in the east. There are about 100 km of coastline, mountains and round 200 small medieval villages to visit. In 1991 significant parts of the area have become National Park (Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano) and since 1998 they were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The nearest beaches are 15 km away and in an hour's drive you can also reach the famous "Certosa di Padula" (Carthusian monastery) and the Caves of Petrosa or the marvelous sea of Maratea.
