The property is exclusively geared towards peace seekers. The house's interior is characterised by comfortable modernity and cheerful splashes of colour. The bright home has a large kitchen area with a cream-coloured kitchenette. You will find all the comfort you are used to during your holidays as well. The dining area outside of the kitchen convinces by trendy apple green walls The black-and-white popart paintings in comic style expertly match the powerful green. The large living area with windows running down to the floor features a blue-and-white colour contrast with a maritime feel. The individually designed bedrooms (with double or two single beds) offer ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe, regardless of whether you brought your clothes along or nabbed some great items on one of the many markets of the surrounding towns. The three bedrooms have two very chique bathrooms in Italian style at their disposal. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, the second features a bath tub.

The spacious terrace and balcony are accessible from the living area. These are partially roofed and can be partially shaded with an awning, if desired. Here, you will find various seating options of different sizes as well as, naturally, a few sunbeds. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the azure sky and the close-by sea at any time of day – over a cup of coffee in the morning, during the siesta at midday, or with a glass of excellent Mallorcan red wine during a starry night. The private pool is surrounded by a neatly constructed terrace area with expertly maintained flowerbeds. The actual pool terrace with comfortable sun beds for all guests are covered by two awnings, offering shade and privacy. The outdoor shower by the power makes swimming or splashing around in the water especially attractive – you do not need to enter the house to take a shower after swimming, but can simply shower outside.

The pink villa with the white window shutters is located in the villa suburb of Sa Pedruscada, only around 2 km outside of the lively coastal town of Cala Ratjada. The name Sa Pedruscada refers to the stones and gravel characteristic of this small patch of coast. You do not have to go far to enjoy the handsome beaches of this coastal stretch. Simply walk or drive to the Platja de Son Moll or the Font de sa Cala – Sa Pedruscada is located between these two popular beaches. The neighbouring Cala Ratjada is perfect for shopping, sauntering along the promenade, dining, or even clubbing. The medieval towns of Artà and Capdepera invite you for a visit. The small alleys contain numerous excellent shops and restaurants, lovingly-run by their owners. Thankfully, this lends the Villa “Elionor” a touch of urban feel, despite its excellent location close to the ocean, making it the perfect location for relaxation and enjoyment, and the ideal spot for families.
