This beautiful Villa is a part of the Blue Villas complex which consists of two separately designed homes, both with their own facilities and private swimming pools.
The property is located in the quiet village of Perama which will fill you with the feeling of warmth and freedom, as the villa is located amongst olive and orange trees with views towards the surrounding mountains. Additionally Blue Villa II is in a close proximity to local amenities: less than a 5 minute drive from everything that you might need from shops to bakery & grocery store, taverns, cafes and supermarkets. Panormos - a friendly sea side village is also only 10 minute drive and is well-known for its sandy beaches!

Additionally, on the outside 500m2 space, there is a 45 m2 (1.4 m deep) private swimming pool and sun bathing terrace, with sun beds and umbrellas where guests can relax! To make things even better, BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area under a shaded pergola are ready for you to enjoy many al fresco dining experiences. Additionally, the paved terrace surrounded by greenery makes you feel close to nature and it’s the perfect place to enjoy summer sunsets. The balconies and the terrace are fully equipped with wooden tables and comfortable chairs, where you can rest and read your summer books and enjoy the company of your loved ones.

Blue Villa II can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests and whether you are a big family or a group of friends, will offer you an unforgettable holiday experience! The internal design can be best describes as modern and warm and will keep you comfortable and happy throughout your stay. The Villa consists of a spacious and bright lounge with two cozy sofas and an open fireplace as well as a direct access to the veranda.

Blue Villas are located just outside Perama town which makes it very close - only 5 minute drive to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.
Panormo - a friendly sea side village, is only 10 minutes away by car and is well known for its sandy Limanaki and Limni beaches. Both of them with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The Panormos village has all the facilities and amenities one might need: mini-markets, pharmacy, bakery, various gift and traditional seaside shops. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and stunning sea views, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food.
