Description

The natural stone villa “Caluix” offers all manner of modern comfort to fulfil your every desire whilst on holiday. Why don't we begin on the terrace with its fantastic panorama of the Mediterranean fruit garden and the delightful rural surroundings? A pergola with a lovely fabric awning facilitates healthy sunbathing and stylish relaxation in the shade. Whether you prefer to dive into the pretty saltwater pool right beside or to enjoy a cold drink with friends, chilling out is very much the order of the day. A real highlight: the hammock with its breathtaking views. Just letting yourself be, enjoying nature or good company, or maybe reading a good book – that's what holidays are all about. There are plenty of modern sun-loungers on the well-tended artificial lawn; here there's a personal oasis for everyone. And all this comes with complete privacy, as the garden area is not overlooked. A fence with a natural look and sophisticated mixture of branches and ropes surrounds the chillout zone and underpins the exquisite atmosphere. A regular country road leads right up to villa “Caluix”, which has four spaces in its gravel car park. From there, your gaze is drawn to the welcoming entrance area – let's go in.

It's understandable that you might want to spend your hard-earned holiday outside enjoying the Mallorcan sun, but the villa's interior has plenty to offer too. The modern, upmarket furnishing is the first thing to grab your attention. Fitting colour accents, a little bit 'shabby chic', coupled with a pinch of stylish white – someone here has good taste. The combined living/dining room is flooded beautifully with natural light and dominated by bright walls, high ceilings and modern art. The rustic, finely carved sofa table presents a bit of contrast truth be told, but isn't any less tasteful because of it. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen with an additional table formed from wooden planks offers a wonderful evening setting for communal cooking. And although you're far away here on the island, it's somehow easy to feel at home. “Caluix” has four double rooms in total (two with double beds, two twin rooms) and seems like each one has received its own colour palette. Two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, round off a relaxing holiday.
