This beautiful holiday house with pool and garden (grassy areas, trees and other plants) is situated at some meters distance from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Iblea coast, the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, and it offers a nice view over the sea and the isle called “Isola dei Porri”. The holiday house is subdivided into two different units which are not connected internally, one of which has the sea view whilst the other one is situated on the back of the building. The front part of the house offers a large equipped veranda with outdoor kitchen (dishwasher), table and chairs for the whole group where you can enjoy the beautiful view. Inside this unit has a kitchen with table and chairs for 8 persons, three bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin-bedded room) and a bathroom with shower. Besides the house you will find the outdoor space with the pool (20 m2) with sun terrace (deck chairs and sunbeds), a play area for your kids with swing, slide, sand box and a small play house, whilst the rest of the group can have some fun with the bowling. From here you reach the other unit on the back of the house with a covered veranda in front of the pool with table, chairs, barbecue and a further outdoor kitchen. This unit inside offers a large kitchen of abt. 20 m2 where you can eat all together, a small living-room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. All the different indoor areas have air conditioning. Thanks to the two independent units this house is ideal for all those among you who want to pass their sea holidays together with the whole family or their friends whilst maintaining some privacy. Coming back from the beach you can refresh yourself under one of the three outdoor showers, one next to the pool and the other two in the front area of the house and then relax in one of the sitting areas in the garden. Your holiday house is situated between the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse which enables you to visit not only both towns, but also the amazing places around. Besides the beautiful, antique town of Syracuse (60 km) you may plan an excursion to famous baroque places such as Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla. Pozzalla and Marzameni will welcome you with numerous restaurants and bars and its vivacious night life. All those who love to admire a beautiful landscape should not miss a visit of Vindicari, Portopalo di Capo Passero, the small isle “Isola delle Correnti” and Pantalica with its archaeological sites.
