A large private pool and the space both inside and outside this beautiful Finca de Piedra, make it an idyllic place for a totally private holiday with your family or friends.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA FINCA DE PIEDRA
Through a narrow slowly descending winding road you reach the long driveway where the finca with its space and freedom on a plot of over 3000m2 is surrounded by the beautiful tropical garden, a swimming pool with real bamboo outdoor shower in an eldorado of absolute tranquility. Who would not like to enjoy in his own hanging chair on a beautiful old olive tree or relax with comfortable sunbeds and parasols around the large swimming pool (10x5 meters). The lounge area by the pool with its many lights provides a real paddle at night. The side of the villa has a long lounge sofa for at least 6 people where you can enjoy the view over the valley with a snack and a drink. At the entrance of the kitchen there is a veranda with a large "tree trunk" table and 6 chairs, here you can enjoy delicious Spanish dishes from your luxurious Big Green Egg barbecue. On the other side of your luxury holiday home, there is also a fixed barbecue with a real pizza oven. There is ample parking space on the premises.
THE INTERIOR OF VILLA FINCA DE PIEDRA
This comfortable - We Love Villas Spain - holiday home is completely furnished in rural "Ibiza" style with beautiful details and specially decorated corners. There is a living room with a comfortable 6-person seating area, television (with international channels), WiFi and a cosy fireplace. The spacious open "island" kitchen has recently been newly installed by the Dutch owner. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, juicer and toaster. The first bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with luxury walk-in shower, beautiful double wash basins with wooden furniture and toilet. The other two bedrooms both have a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with luxury walk-in shower, washbasin with designer cabinet and toilet. The finca is equipped with fans. There is also an attractive garden house in the tropical garden, where 2 guests can stay for a small fee and only on request. Here is a double bed and a toilet with washbasin.
THE SURROUNDINGS OF VILLA FINCA DE PIEDRA
From your holiday home you can reach various supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the town of Benissa within 10 minutes by car. The various nice small (pebble) beaches along the beautiful coastal road of Benissa and Moraira are located from about 7km away from your holiday home. The towns of Moraira, Javea and Altea are also worth visiting with their many cosy places to eat and drink. The golf course Club de Golf Ifach is 10 km away.
