Upon entering the villa there is a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. There are tall, front-facing windows perfect for viewing the Ionian Sea in the comfort of your Villa. You will notice all the sunlight entering the villa that will immediately make you feel alive. The modern kitchen is equipped with anything you might need to cook a tasty traditional Greek meal. Next to the kitchen is the large living room area, here you will find a comfortable sofa, a stone built fire place and a flat screen TV. The Villa is made up of three large double bedrooms, two with double beds and one room with two single beds perfect for children. There are two modern bathrooms with luxurious hydro-massage showers, one is an en suit bathroom located in the master bedroom; and the other bathroom is shared by the twin bed bedroom and the third double bedroom.

The exterior of the Villa offers beautiful lushes green scenery with Olive groves. On the deck area, there is a large deep infinity pool with sun beds, located on the side of the Villa. There is also a lovely stone built BBQ and an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your meals while gazing out on the open water. The Villa is surrounded by a tall stone built fence making it safe for your kids to play. Outside there are also stone built stairs the lead down to direct sea access, here there is a dock with sun beds. This is a perfect place to lie down and relax, go for a swim or even dock a boat.
