This 4*detached traditional Welsh cottage (Independently graded by Visit Wales) with modern conveniences is in a quiet location but within a 5 minute walk to the lovely High Street which is lined with a wide variety of great independent shops, restaurants & bars.

A great base for those looking for a beach holiday or for some lovely country walks from the front door.

A stable door from the living room leads to your attractive cottage garden. Surrounded with established fruit trees, a well-stocked bird feeding table, garden furniture, a barbecue and a chiminea for late summer evening alfresco dining
The garden has direct access onto the Prestatyn/Dyserth walkway which leads to Dyserth waterfall, ideal for family bike rides or dog walks.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room.
The well-equipped cottage kitchen has a quarry tiled floor, bespoke window shutters, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, electric oven and a gas hob. A comfortable seating area allows guests the opportunity to dine, relax and plan the day ahead.

The master bedroom has dual aspect views over the garden and courtyard. Stunning original features such as oak parquet flooring, large timber beams and an arch braced ceiling.
