Due to its rural location near the coast, the villa "Bonbon" is an excellent starting point for a wonderful family and beach holiday. A carefully laid out Mediterranean garden with palm trees and trees, a lawn area and a pool invites you to indulge your inner sloth for a short while (or maybe even longer). Here you can just switch off, leave the everyday life behind and have a thoroughly good time. The pool is quite luxurious and captivates with its decorative starfish mosaic and the comfortable access via a set of stairs. You can relax to your heart's content either on the available loungers or on the pretty veranda, which you can get to in just six steps, and perhaps just fully unwind. The covered terrace is in front of the living room and runs over two sides of the house. An outdoor sofa and a dining table provide comfortable seating and viewing areas. If you like, there is nothing stopping you simply enjoying all your mealtimes outside and taking in both the mild climate and the refreshing air. A family of chicken resides within a separated area in an orange and lemon garden right next door. So you can even enjoy a constant supply of fresh eggs during your holiday. Your very own tennis court really is the particularly "sweet treat" of this aptly-named villa, and will certainly delight any sporting enthusiasts among you. A shaded parking area with room for two cars can be found directly in front of the building.

The very well maintained house boasts a strikingly bright ambience, characterised by white walls and furniture, skilfully accentuated by well-dosed splashes of colour. With regards to decoration, this was handled just as sparingly as it is tasteful. In this way a clean, elegant flair has emerged, which convincingly invites you to enjoy your time spent living in the villa. In the chic entrance area you will find the staircase and access to the kitchen, with a bedroom with bathroom also being situated on the ground floor. The shower and bathtub were originally integrated into the room and are now only separated from each other by a glass wall. A large living / dining room completes this floor. On cool evenings the fireplace can provide an additional degree of homely comfort. Sophisticated meals together can be enjoyed indoors at one of the two dining tables. The kitchen, also white, is spacious and fully furnished with everything you could possibly require to cater to your daily kitchen-related needs, including a kettle, filter and Espresso machine. On the upper floor there are a further bedrooms and two bathrooms, both of which are each shared between two bedrooms. An iron and hairdryers are provided, and so there is no need for you to bring your own with you from home.

Beautiful beaches such as Es Trenc are located very close to this holiday home and can be reached quickly. Various opportunities to partake in water sports activities are provided due to the close proximity to the sea. Es Trenc is also ideal for children, as the access into the sea is shallow and the sand is of a fine quality. It is considered to be one of the most attractive natural beauties of the island of Mallorca, because it is one of the only beaches on the island that is still left undeveloped today. A trip to the nature reserve of Ses Salines and its salt basins is also worthwhile and highly recommended.
