An extremely comfortable ambiance established with a lot of love awaits you along with a comfortable distance to conveniently connected areas. The private property is located in a sparsely populated villa region and can be easily reached through a paved street. A large and well-kept garden offers a great welcome and invites you to discover your surroundings. A lot of palm trees and other Mediterranean plants decorate the premises and give off a charming flair where you will like to spend time. A hammock adds to the inviting atmosphere. There is even a soccer goal for small and big kickers alike. The 10 m pool, which can be comfortably accessed through a semi-circular staircase, provides for the necessary refreshment on warm summer days: take a swim in the morning, swim a few laps and enjoy the refreshment that spreads throughout your entire body! You should definitely not forget a good book and have a drink within reach for hours outside or under the beautiful wood ceiling! A large covered terrace is located in front of the house and has a dining table with other seats: this is the right place for breakfast where you can get together and plan the rest of the day with a view of the garden and the blue sky. But it is also nice to sit here in the evening, and if you remember to start the grill on time, you can celebrate a culinary BBQ to end the day.

A rustic-cosy atmosphere awaits you inside the villa: traditional exposed beams, terracotta tile floors as well as natural stone elements on the walls create an individual and very comfortable ambiance. The use of unobtrusive, light colours emphasises the inviting effect just as the antique furniture and the classic decoration selected with care. There is a spacious kitchen on the ground floor that invites you to cook and eat together with an island and large dining table. The brightly designed room is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee machine and therefore offers a good basis for independent self-catering. Find your personal favourite spot in the cosy living room with its separate reading corner under the stairs and enjoy the moments of relaxation – the fireplace is not in use, but still creates a homely atmosphere. A bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this level, while three bedrooms are set up separately on the top floor, all with yellow walls and two more spacious bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Two 1.80 x 2.00 m beds, as well as two 0.90 m x 2.00 m beds are available for relaxing nights. An iron and two hair driers are available on site and you do not have to bring them with you - this saves space in your suitcase!


Campos itself is a rather peaceful city, however, it comes to life on market days (Thursdays and Saturdays). In addition to regional agricultural products such as fruit and vegetables, other things such as souvenirs are offered. The harbour area of the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (21 km) is very inviting, maybe you want to take a look? Those who love beach holidays are taken care of at this villa: the inviting beaches from the southeast coast, such as the family-friendly beach Es Trenc, are easy to reach with a rental car.
