Villa Miracosta is a villa that offers undisturbed tranquility in truly spectacular scenery.
In the yard of the villa you can fully enjoy your holiday. It has a fine swimming pool that cools comfortably under the warm sun. There are several loungers by the pool for sunbathing. There are also many seating areas, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a fridge/freezer and water point. The canopy also has a washing machine.
There is ample safe parking for cars.
Villa Miracosta looks smaller in size, with the lowest floor being partly underground. The villa has space of 110 m2. Upstairs is 40 m2 consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The ground floor is 70 m2. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a lobby.
In the living room you can relax watching the TV on the comfortable sofa and armchairs. At the other end of the room is a dining table for six people.
The kitchen is well equipped. There is for instance a dishwasher (not in the pictures, will be installed in April 2020), a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster etc.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have a wardrobe. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other twin beds. Totally the villa offers comfortable berths for four people.
In April 2020 both bedrooms will be fitted with an effective air conditioning unit that can either cool or heat the villa if needed.
