It is a rural house, recently renovated, with 3 double rooms, 900 meters from the beach. On the ground floor there is a very spacious living-dining room with an additional sofa bed for two people and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed and sea views, 1 bedroom with two single beds (availability of adding a cot for free) and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and sea views. From the first floor there is access to a 50m2 terrace-solarium. The house is on a plot of 2000m2 with: a patio with barbecue / paella, tables, chairs and umbrellas; a garden with pergola and sun loungers, an organic garden (according to seasons), a chicken coop from which you can take eggs and space to park several cars.

The house is 5 minutes by car (20 minutes walk) from the urban area of ​​Villajoyosa, where there are supermarkets, shops and a market where you can buy local food and fresh fish. A 5 minute walk from the house, on the way to the beaches, there are a few bars / restaurants and a small shop with basic food products.
There is a tram near the house and it has a stop at 15-20 min. walking The tram connects with the city of Alicante and other towns on the Costa Blanca, with Benidorm as the midpoint.
Villajoyosa is located 32km from Alicante airport, 8km from the famous tourist city of Benidorm and 150km from Valencia. It is possible to hire a local pick-up service at the airport or train / bus stations. If you need it, we can put you in touch with the person who performs the service.
