The old building and has been transformed into a holiday house that welcomes its guests with a warm and elegant atmosphere. The house has an impressive living and dining area furnished with elegant furniture. The kitchen is large rustic but very functional. The house has been decorated with great care and very much reflects the traditional yet grand style of the house. In total there are no less than five bedrooms and four bedrooms, sleeping up to 12people. On the ground floor a small apartment can be used as a self-contained unit or kept open with the rest of the house, it has a twin-bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette. On the first floor one of the bedrooms has an open mezzanine. The grounds are very spacious including a park with herbs and olive trees, a panoramic pool with loggia, mini bar and changing rooms, a porch with a fireplace-barbecue with a large table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. The house is located in a strategic position to visit the local attractions such as Orvieto (35 km) Chiusi (25 km), Siena (80km), Pienza (35 km) Radicofani (15 km) and the thermal springs of S. Casciano dei Bagni (10 km). Possibility of trekking in the Monte Rufeno Park Reserve. Upon request and for a fee a variety of services can be offered such as: lunch and dinner catering, cooking classes, wine tasting in local farms. The property is reached via a 1.8 km long dirt road.
