From this lovely villa you will see fantastic views to the mountains, and a private 9x5m chlorine swimming pool, from a deph ranging that goes from 1m to 2m. The little ones of the family will enjoy a lot playing around as is fenced, and the rest can sunbathe and relax. The built-in table is ideal to enjoy a tasty barbecue all together and spend long evenings alfresco. There are neighbours, but the property is all fenced.

The house preserves a mediterranean touch. At the dining-room with a fireplace, you can watch the satellite TV or listen to some music. An arch guides you to the gas equipped kitchen with air conditioning, where you also dispose of a table ideal for an snack. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe, one of them has a fan. A bathroom with a shower gives service to the house. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Obviously, the property disposes of an independent laundry area, with washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The villa is located near Lloseta village, known for its famous cake called "Cardenal", you must try it! At this village and also at Inca city, 4.5km distance, you will find all services you might need: restaurants and bars, shops, bus or train. Every Thursday takes place in Inca the traditional market. Both places are located at Sierra de Tramuntana feet, declared World Heritage Site, where you can explore the authentic Majorca. Very charming routes guide you across the mountains, green valleys and high peaks. We recommend a trip to Tossals Verds, Cúber or Biniaraix. If you preffer to drive, dont miss Sóller, Valldemossa or Fornalutx. If you fancy going to the beach, up north you will reach Puerto de Alcúdia, a large thin sand beach, perfect for families.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
